Hans-Olav is General Manager of the adventure tourism company Lyngsfjord Adventure AS, Chair of the Board and Co-owner of Malangen Resort AS (activity destination in Balsfjord), Co-entrepreneur and owner of Aurora Spirit AS (production of alcoholic beverages in Lyngen), Lyngen Resort (activity destination in Lyngen) and Medisol (Norwegian medical centre in Spain).

In addition, Hans-Olav has 13 years’ experience as a specialist in family medicine and is the head of medical services in Balsfjord Municipality.
