Ruth has worked as a real estate agent for approx. 20 years, of which 13 years has been as General Manager. She has been Co-owner of a real estate agency since 2003.

Ruth is General Manager of Markedskompetanse Nord AS. She is also a member of the Board of Visit Tromsø (since 2014).
